The TURBOSOUND MADRID TMS118B is a 4,000 Watt front loaded subwoofer for use in front of house and stage monitor applications, and also for a wide variety of fixed installations. It consist of a carbon fibre loaded 18″ low frequency driver utilising a specialised voice coil wound on both the inside and the outside of the coil former for higher magnetic density, which results in better cooling, higher power handling and improved efficiency, in a low distortion bass reflex port design.

The 18 mm (3/4″) birch plywood enclosure is fitted with a rugged powder coated perforated steel mesh grille, and steel handles for easy lifting and carrying, and is finished in hard wearing semi matt black paint. A 20 mm threaded pole mount socket is provided to support satellite speakers. Switchable input and link connections are provided on the rear panel for 4 core speaker cables.
